we MUST realise how fortunate we are, like; to have our own handphones, mp3,and not to mention, basic needs like to have a nice house to live in and also eyes to see.
went for home nursing. visited an blind uncle's hse and really, his living condition is bad(its like those small flats u see in NKF shows) he lives alone and could hardly take care of himself as he can hardly walk. blind and immobile; can u imagine that? not to mention, his hse is very untidy. but although he's living a life like that, he kept a toothless smiling face and joked with us most of the time, which i thought it was very admirable.
upon leaving his hse, he kept holding our hands, thanking us for visiting and at that very moment, i forced myself to choke back my tears. i thought, how can something so so SO simple make this man happy? and nowadays, people are still NOT contented with wad they have!(seriously i hate those stupid kids who always spend their parents $$. EARN URSELF LAH! *argh so angry*)
got the comment from my sn that im simple minded. again i've heard of some1 saying that to me b4. meaning? looked up in the dictionary. simple-minded = foolish, feeble-minded. -___-"
